Clearing the broweser cache

Please follow the instructions below that correspond to the browser that you're using:

MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER VERSION 5.5 OR LATER

1. Open IE and click "Tools."
2. Select "Internet Options."
3. Click "General" if it isn't already selected.
4. Under the heading "Temporary Internet files," click "Delete Files...."
5. Click "OK" to exit.

MOZILLA FIREFOX VERSION 0.8 OR LATER

1. Open Firefox and go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Options."
3. Select the "Privacy" icon in the left panel.
Within the Privacy settings, you'll see several items:
1. History
2. Saved information
3. Saved passwords
4. Download manager history
5. Cookies
6. Cache
Click the button to the right of a category to clear that category's history. You may also click "Clear All" at the bottom to delete the content in all categories. (Please note that this particular procedure will also delete your cookies).

NETSCAPE VERSION 7.1 OR LATER

1. Open Netscape and click "Edit" at the top of the page.
2. Select "Preferences."
3. Click the triangle to the left of the "Advanced" heading to expand the category.
4. Select "Cache," then click "Clear Cache."
5. Click "OK."

MOZILLA BROWSER VERSION 1.4 OR LATER

1. Open Mozilla and go to the "Edit" menu.
2. Select "Preferences."
3. Collapse the "Advanced" menu in the left-hand column.
4. Select "Cache."
5. Click "Clear cache."

OPERA BROWSER VERSION 7.5 OR LATER

1. Open Opera and go to the "Tools" menu.
2. Select "Preferences."
3. Under the "Network" heading, click "History and cache."
4. Click "Empty now."
5. Click "OK" to exit.

SAFARI BROWSER VERSION 1.2.5 OR LATER

1. In Safari, go to the "Safari" menu.
2. Click "Empty Cache."
You can also click "Reset Safari" under the Safari drop-down menu to clear all of Safari's saved history and cache. (For additional assistance, please visit the Safari support center at http://www.info.apple.com/usen/safari/.)
